Welcome to J-Sumsab Events. By using our services or booking an event with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all clients and potential clients engaging with us. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

• Wedding Decors & Marriage Anniversaries
• Birthday Parties & Private Functions
• Corporate Events & Conferences
• Product Launches & Exhibitions
• Political & Community Events
• Sports & Spiritual Events
• Government Functions & Award Ceremonies

2. Service Areas

We currently provide services in the following states of India:

• Bihar
• Jharkhand
• West Bengal

For services outside these areas, additional charges may apply for logistics, travel and stay (if applicable).

3. Packages and Pricing

• We offer customizable event packages based on the client's budget, theme and guest count.
• Each package includes details of services provided, timelines and associated costs.
• A written quotation/proposal will be provided before booking confirmation.
• Packages are valid only for the agreed-upon services. Any additional services requested will be charged separately.

4. Booking and Payments

• A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance is payable at least 3 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments may result in service cancellation or withholding of services.
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer or approved digital payment platforms.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be notified in writing.
• 30+ days before event: 75% of the advance will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 days before event: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund.
• In case of cancellation from J-Sumsab Events due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

6. Modifications and Rescheduling

• Changes to event plans (venue, date, guest count, etc.) must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.
• Modifications and rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

7. Use of Social Media & Event Content

• We may capture photos and videos during events to promote our work on social media, website and promotional materials.
• If you wish to restrict this, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.
• We always respect privacy and avoid posting sensitive or personal content.

8. Third-Party Vendors

• We collaborate with vendors for catering, decoration, sound, lighting, photography, etc.
• While we ensure quality, J-Sumsab Events is not responsible for delays or performance issues of third-party vendors not under our direct management.

9. Client Responsibilities

• The client shall ensure timely coordination, approvals and access to venues.
• Any damage to hired property or equipment caused by guests will be billed to the client.

10. Liability & Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as:

• Natural calamities
• Accidents or strikes
• Government regulations or lockdowns

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the land. Any disputes shall be subject to the local jurisdiction of Patna.
